I always like to be upfront when we are discussing fees and charges. So I publish my speaking fee and travel and accommodation requirements right here on my website for all to see. Most other speakers do not do this but I think this can save a lot of awkward conversations if your budget doesn’t meet my fee structure.

INTERNATIONAL SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES
A deposit of 50% of the full payment is required for all bookings and no bookings are secured until the deposit is paid. The balance payment must be paid 7 days prior to the event.
My fee for a speaking engagement of between 30 minutes and 3 hours within Australia is $5,000. Travel and accommodation is also required for speaking engagements that are not in Brisbane / Gold Coast. For domestic events, flights (return out of Brisbane) are required. The flights must be on Qantas (where applicable) and be a flexi-fare if the flight (or total flying time) is less than 4 hours. For flights over 4 hours (eg Brisbane to Perth), the fare must be in business class. Also, one night’s accommodation in 5 star accommodation is also required for events outside of Brisbane.
MASTER OF CEREMONIES
I love MC’ing events and my clients give me feedback that I add value to the event, regardless of the theme, topics for discussion, or industry involved. I am very well prepared for these events, and my aim is to make your conference run smoothly and on time. My fee to MC an event is at a day rate as above, $5,000 per day. is also required for me to MC your event if it’s not in Sydney. Flights must be booked as above. To MC a 3-day event, I offer clients the 3rd day free of charge (travel and accommodation still required at your expense).andTravel

Please note there is a 20% reduction in my fee for non-profit organisations but the travel and accommodation requirement is the same.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
I will be presenting using my own computer and won’t be sending a copy of my presentation before the date of the event I am booked for. My presentations are generally in 16:9 format unless otherwise arranged.
